Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
